Part-Time Contact Center Representative - MUST RESIDE IN BELLVUE, NE

Retail & Consumer Goods Industry | Remote After Training | Weekend Hours

About the Opportunity

We are seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our Contact Center team supporting a well-established retail and consumer goods organization known for its premium products and exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income on weekends, gain additional customer service experience, or supplement another part-time position during a busy seasonal period.

Schedule
  • Part-time weekend position
  • Availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Additional 4-8 hours/week available within business operating hours if interested
Training
  • Four days of paid onsite training: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Position transitions to remote/work from home following successful completion of training
Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with placing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, discounts, and availability
  • Support customers with returns, exchanges, and company policies
  • Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex customer concerns when needed
  • Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic approach with customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions and order information in company systems
  • Stay informed on products, services, promotions, and ordering procedures
  • Utilize downtime between calls to increase product knowledge
  • Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Call center, customer support, or contact center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Ability to provide exceptional service while managing call volume
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Strong computer and typing skills preferred
  • Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or order management customer preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
