Job description

Overview

Summary/objective

Repairify is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to drive new business for Repair360, a SaaS platform that helps automotive dealerships manage vehicle reconditioning from appraisal through frontline readiness. This full-cycle role owns high-volume outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closing, and implementation handoff. The ideal candidate brings successful B2B SaaS closing experience or hands-on dealership experience in used vehicles, fixed operations, service, reconditioning, or dealership operations.

Essential functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to automotive dealerships, dealer groups, centralized recon centers, and named target accounts by phone, email, and other approved channels.
  • Manage inbound leads and appointments generated by the Repair360 outbound team, determine qualification, and establish the appropriate follow-up strategy.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up, proposals, negotiation, closing, and implementation handoff.
  • Conduct structured discovery to understand the dealership's recon workflow, goals, operational blockers, impact, stakeholders, and decision process.
  • Deliver buyer-specific Repair360 demonstrations and coordinate with Product leadership for complex workflow or technical validation when needed.
  • Build relationships with used-car, recon, fixed-operations, service, parts, finance, dealership operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop opportunities within assigned territories, multi-rooftop groups, named-account campaigns, and competitor-displacement programs.
  • Create proposals, address objections, negotiate terms, and secure a specific next step after each customer interaction.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals, outbound activity expectations, pipeline coverage, demo targets, conversion metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, stages, next steps, close dates, forecasts, and notes; share relevant market feedback with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover all possible activities, duties, or responsibilities required for the role. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and skills.
  • Minimum three years of B2B technology or SaaS sales experience with responsibility for discovery, demonstrations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing; or equivalent dealership experience in used vehicles, fixed operations, service, reconditioning, parts, or dealership operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals, build pipeline through outbound prospecting, learn a complex product, and manage a disciplined full-cycle sales process in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in consultative B2B selling, discovery, presentations, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
  • Prior experience selling dealership technology, automotive SaaS, workflow software, DMS-related products, fixed-operations tools, inventory solutions, or vendor-management software.
  • Hands-on dealership experience in used cars, fixed operations, service, reconditioning, parts, dealership operations, or a centralized recon center.
  • Prior experience with or knowledge of Rapid Recon / Vehlo, iRecon / vAuto / Cox Automotive, ReconVision / Reynolds, Cartuul, or another competing dealership workflow platform is a plus.
  • Business acumen and working knowledge of dealership reconditioning, approvals, vendor management, parts, service operations, inventory aging, and repair-order processes.
  • Comfort learning and presenting technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, automation, mobile workflows, and data exchange.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to communicate effectively with both executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to create positive outcomes through disciplined action and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify, address, and resolve a variety of objections while maintaining credibility and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to rebound quickly after rejection and remain productive in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Ability to work successfully both independently and within a cross-functional remote team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and video-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and sales-engagement tools; willingness to be coached and continuously improve.
