About the Employer
Pacific Coast Academy is a tuition-free, public charter school serving transitional kindergarten through 12th grade students in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Imperial Counties. Job Summary
The Vendor Support Specialist is responsible for the onboarding cycle of prospective service vendors and the ongoing support of approved service vendors. Import newly approved vendors into our proprietary software to become available for order requests. Prepare vendors for order requests and vendor payment processes.
Set partnership expectations. Manage and maintain vendor compliance throughout the course of the school year. Conduct annual audits and complete seasonal projects. Provide customer service and support to School vendors, families, and School staff via phone, email, and instant message/chat.
The selected candidate must reside in California.
