Location: Massachusetts
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote opportunity. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping clients work through family stress, partnership issues, life changes, and emotional health concerns in a practical and structured way. You will conduct therapy sessions online, support treatment planning, maintain documentation, and help clients develop healthier ways of relating and coping.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Identify client needs through assessment and clinical conversation
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans
  • Provide support for relationship concerns, family conflict, and emotional challenges
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Track outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Active Massachusetts LMFT license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
