This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while also maintaining the collaborative aspects of a traditional clinic environment through advanced telehealth technology. You will have access to a user-friendly technology platform designed to facilitate virtual client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans seamlessly, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive counseling and therapy sessions via telemedicine, ensuring the highest level of care for individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders to tailor individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting progress, treatment interventions, and client interactions to ensure effective continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational professionals to deliver comprehensive support to clients.
• Develop and implement effective treatment strategies that address family relational issues, behavioral concerns, and other psychological conditions.
• Utilize best practices for maintaining the confidentiality and safety of all patient interactions in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful and therapeutic relationships with clients, guiding them toward recovery and improved mental well-being.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on counseling and mental health.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective therapy and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on developing rapport with clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust, empathy, and respect in client relationships.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience providing care in a school setting or working with youthful populations will be highly valued. Additionally, expertise in teletherapy will be a substantial advantage as we continue to expand our remote service capabilities.
