• Individual Therapy: Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions using our online platform, fostering a supportive and trusting atmosphere.
• Personalized Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, ensuring to adjust these plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly evaluate client progress, utilizing evidence-based metrics to inform treatment adjustments and maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and treatment methodologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care, including referrals to community resources as necessary.
• Compliance: Maintain adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in mental health practice, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.

Your clients will represent a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues, you will be equipped to engage with clients in a manner that respects cultural differences and individual experiences, contributing to a more personalized and effective therapeutic process.

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as one of the following:
  
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients using empathy and understanding.
• Experience in conducting assessments and therapy through telehealth platforms.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with client management systems and telehealth software is a plus.
• Community-based experience or work with multicultural populations is highly valued.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
