You'll report to the Ventures Program Director and work across every major business segment, touching strategic partnerships, investments, and non-bank M&A.

If you're someone who thrives on structure inside ambiguity, who can hold a deal together while the details are still moving, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead due diligence and implementation planning for Ventures programs including strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A transactions
  • Build and drive cross-functional workstreams, keeping business leaders, sponsors, and operational partners moving toward the same finish line
  • Serve as the program-level advisor ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and within budget , while governance stays intact
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate with clear recommendations when needed
  • Direct program teams across projects and operations, maintaining accountability at every stage

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance field
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, or financial services

  • Comfort leading cross-functional work that spans both business and technology
  • Clear, confident communicator, you can distill complex status and risks into what leadership needs to hear
  • Fluency in both business and technical requirements, you can gather specs and translate them
  • Strong command of project lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and iterative approaches
