As a Virtual Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will operate from the comfort of your home, utilizing modern technology to conduct sessions and connect with clients. Our virtual clinic is designed to reduce barriers to access, ensuring clients receive essential care without the constraints of traditional in-office appointments. You will interact daily with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and support staff dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients.

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual and group settings, utilizing online platforms to provide seamless care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in thorough assessments and client goals, modifying approaches as necessary based on client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members, including psychiatrists and other healthcare staff, to ensure consistent and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, following best practices for data security and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions focused on skill-building and peer support to enhance community engagement and recovery outcomes.

In this role, you will interact with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will contribute to creating personalized strategies aimed at improving their mental health and social functioning. Understanding and addressing cultural factors and diverse backgrounds in treatment will be crucial for effective engagement and positive outcomes.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical social work experience, demonstrating depth in client engagement and therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that respond effectively to client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and advocating for social justice within the community.

• Experience working with substance use disorder clients, particularly in a detox center setting.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and therapeutic approaches tailored for remote delivery.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and management, providing guidance under challenging circumstances.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, alongside comprehensive benefits that support your well-being and professional growth.
