• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health status, needs, and goals of clients.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' progress, ensuring they are tailored to their unique life situations.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring that technology is used effectively to create an engaging and supportive virtual environment.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed to address urgent mental health situations, demonstrating a rapid response to clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and training sessions to stay current with the latest mental health best practices and trends.

Your client base will include a diverse array of adults seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients meaningfully.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads.
• No history of disciplinary actions with any licensing board.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a focus on adult therapy.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and emergency mental health services.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
