• Conduct remote counseling sessions with various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, using secure and HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, devise tailored treatment plans, and establish measurable objectives for their growth.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to effectively address clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during high-stress situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on various mental health topics, such as coping strategies and recovery resources, empowering them to manage their mental health autonomously.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and external resources to deliver comprehensive, holistic care for our clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices and telehealth methodologies.

The clients you will serve reflect a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health concerns. This includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts, or the state of residence.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a preference for candidates who have provided services in a remote environment.
• Essential interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with clients.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours to accommodate clients' varied schedules.

• Experience with a range of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.

• Strong advocacy skills for mental health education and awareness.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
