Job description

As a Website Implementation Coordinator, you must possess superior time-management and organization skills and have a strong working knowledge of general website structure, terminology, and functionality. You have experience working with HTML and CSS and creating and maintaining websites via a Content Management System. Collaborating closely with Website, Onboarding, and Creative Services teams, you ensure timely delivery of high-quality websites. You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working independently and under tight deadlines. Your academic and professional experience has instilled a sense of urgency without compromising the integrity of results. You will develop and maintain a strong understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies. Knowledge of Agency-Client relationships is a plus.
This is an entry-level, full-time, salaried, remote position. Candidates must reside within the Continental U.S., Eastern or Central time zones preferred, but all welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's products, processes, integrated strategies and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo®
  • Oversee the buildout of websites from kickoff to launch including creation of HTML pages, addition of graphics and installation of third-party scripts
  • Participate in Client meetings to kickoff, review and launch websites.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Onboarding Team on website status and current work-in-progress using internal processes
  • Assist with resolving Client revisions and needs in a timely manner
  • Keep up to date with the latest enhancements and functionality
  • Work to problem-solve production issues and errors; escalate issues, as needed
  • Understand Clients' goals and ensure a timely and accurate launch of website
  • Assist Onboarding and Support teams with additional tasks, as needed
  • Work ahead on client websites; what you know in advance, do in advance

Additional Responsibilities
  • Know your Client! Learn, and maintain, knowledge of Client Accounts; understand their goals
  • Be a student of the Industry! Hone your understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies
  • Exercise proactive, daily communication in a professional and efficient manner
  • Continually seek ways to improve the website build process

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years' professional work experience in related field
  • Thorough understanding of website structure, terminology, best practices, and functionality
  • Thorough understanding of and proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Ability to design page layouts for a variety of screen resolutions
  • Self-motivated, able to manage and meet deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and under close direction

Compensation
