Job Description:
The Product Implementation Prep & Strategy role plays a critical part in bridging dentsu. Connect product capabilities with real-world client delivery. This role is responsible for leading the upfront technical, operational, and architectural readiness required for successful onboarding, integration, and scaling of dentsu's Data & Technology solutions. Working across Product, Client Success, Practice, and Technology teams, this role ensures that onboarding frameworks, data models, and workflows are scalable, standardized, and aligned to both business outcomes and platform capabilities. As dentsu.Connect evolves toward an AI-driven, agentive operating model, this role also contributes to shaping future onboarding frameworks, defining governance guardrails, and influencing product and automation design to enable intelligent, adaptive client experiences at global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Strategy & Readiness
  • Lead end-to-end technical and operational audits of AdTech, MarTech, and workflow ecosystems

  • Define implementation readiness criteria, dependencies, risks, and sequencing across global clients

  • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding frameworks to support scalable deployment

  • Support proof of concepts, pilots, and phased rollout strategies

Process Mapping & Solution Design
  • Map as-is and to-be workflows across client onboarding, planning, activation, and reporting

  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and operational risks across teams and tools

  • Translate findings into structured requirements and prioritized improvement areas

  • Design high-level target-state architectures including integrations and data ownership

Integration & Data Architecture
  • Audit, document and find pain points & integration patterns across CRM, dentsu.Connect, and AdTech platforms

  • Define data models, collaborate through taxonomy standards, and source-of-truth alignment

  • Ensure data governance, integrity, and scalability

Cross-Functional Enablement & Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Client Success, and Automation teams to align implementation models and success plans

  • Facilitate workshops and onboarding design sessions

  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials

  • Act as a bridge between product vision and client execution

AI Agentive Platform Evolution
  • Contribute to the design of agent-driven onboarding frameworks

  • Define human vs agent decision boundaries

  • Support governance models including auditability and compliance controls

  • Translate operational insights into product roadmap requirements

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Media, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, AI in practice, or product operations roles

  • Experience working across global clients and multi-market environments

  • Proven experience conducting technical audits and implementation scoping

  • Strong understanding of AdTech ecosystems, Media practices, and integrations

  • Expertise in process mapping and solution design

  • Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate complexity into clear, structured solutions and frameworks

  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Tech, and Client-facing teams

  • Exposure to AI, automation, or agent-assisted workflows in marketing or operations

  • Understanding of governance, human-in-the-loop systems, and AI adoption models

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$150,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
