Minimum Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

  • 2 years with recruitment focus on senior-level and specialized roles

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex positions

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

The Salary range for this role based in (Toronto, ON) is ($90,000-$100,000) This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
