Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator with specialized experience in managing and supporting RamQuest. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, performance, and optimization of RamQuest systems. This role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency.

*This person can sit REMOTE but ideally looking for candidates local or open to relocating to Pittsburgh, PA. Required Skills: Proven experience administering and supporting RamQuest OR Qualia software. Experience in systems administration or a related IT role.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Essential Duties: Develop business process solutions to support workflow and process improvement goals.

Configure and maintain Title Production System "RamQuest" applications and functions, including user permissions for audits. Monitor application integrity and provide tech support. Create and update documentation, such as user guides and reports.

Develop user training materials. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and management. Contribute to technical projects and plan software implementations and upgrades.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
