EHR Implementation Project Manager – eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Remote – Preference for candidates in the Greater Philadelphia region

We are seeking an experienced EHR Implementation Project Manager to lead a large-scale eClinicalWorks (eCW) implementation across a multi-site physician practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end eCW implementation across multiple locations.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, resources, and milestones.
  • Coordinate system testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
  • Lead training, change management, super-user, and adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with physicians, clinical teams, operations, executives, and vendors.
  • Manage go-live support and post-implementation optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience.
  • 3+ years leading EHR implementation projects.
  • Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) implementation experience required.
  • Experience with ambulatory or physician practice environments.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site healthcare implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • PMP, Prosci, or specialty physician practice experience is a plus.
