About the Role

The Professional Services Healthcare Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's HR solutions for our healthcare customers.

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative team member to join our healthcare industry team. In this role, you will efficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise. The consultant will take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.

You should have extensive experience requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, passionate about results, and able to seamlessly partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • You are an expert in understanding and implementing the HCM and Core Compensation product suites and mentor other consultants ramping into these product areas

  • Provide healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements ensuring leading practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends

  • Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

  • Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release

  • Attend and lead events to share experience and solutions with other consultants; acting as a mentor and coach

  • Communicate status to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions. Giving recommendations on impacts to overall project health

  • Share knowledge gained with the all other consultants and the wider partner ecosystem

About You

Basic Qualifications - Senior Consultant

  • 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules.

  • 4+ years consulting experience

  • Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry, specifically hospitals and/or direct patient care

Basic Qualifications - Principal Consultant

  • 7+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules

  • 7+ years consulting experience

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
