• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their mental health needs.

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse client population across the state of Arizona, focusing on clients dealing with low acuity mental health issues. All clients are carefully screened to ensure they are stable, fostering a positive therapeutic environment. This approach allows you to leverage your skills effectively, focusing on therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Arizona, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage constructively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• An independent and adaptable work ethic conducive to remote counseling practices.

• Experience managing a personal caseload, demonstrating effective client relationship management.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is advantageous.
