Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Perform manual testing for Salesforce and web application enhancements.
2. Handle production incidents and validate M&O hotfixes.
3. Execute functional, regression, and defect verification testing.
4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure application quality and timely issue resolution.
 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in manual testing, Salesforce application testing, web application testing, and production incident support.

Technical Skills
