If you are a Washington-based, talented Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience ready to focus on what you do best - practicing law - without the distractions of everything else, our firm is where you need to be. You will not be your own bill collector or be paid only on your collections, and you will not be expected to bring in clients, or handle your own support work. We want to support you well so you can focus on being the best attorney you can be.

What You Will Do:

As a Family Law Attorney with us, you will manage a litigation caseload from start to finish, including:

  • Hearings, discovery, and settlement negotiations

  • Representing clients in hearings and trial

  • Communicating with clients and third parties with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

  • Upholding the highest ethical standards

What We Are Looking For:

  • Washington State family law experience (minimum 3 years)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Full-time Opportunity.

Salary: Total annual earnings for attorneys commonly range from $150,000 to $300,000+ depending on experience, productivity, and billable hours. Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available for attorneys who exceed annual billing goals.
