The firm is dedicated to educating accident victims about their legal rights & options and providing the highest level of legal representation. They have a successful 32-year history of litigation against insurance companies, the government and are led by highly respected civil litigation lawyer, Chris Davis. The firm has handled dozens of prominent and newsworthy cases, including many 7-figure and 8-figure recoveries on behalf of injured victims and their families.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Davis Law Group, P.S. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, litigating cases, meeting with clients, managing support staff, conducting research, negotiating, and handling all aspects of cases related to personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Remote work is acceptable for this role. Compensation includes salary plus share of fees earned. Based on the prior earnings of other lawyers at DLG, this position is expected to pay at a minimum of $300,000 to $500,000 per year, but with very high upside (above this amount), depending on performance, drive and skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-6 years of prior Personal Injury experience (plaintiff or defense)
  • At least 7-8 years of prior litigation experience, with jury trial experience as well
  • Experienced Defense Attorneys are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar in Washington (no disciplinary issues or record)
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus
