Job description

Epiq Associate Solutions (EAS) is an innovative program that provides meaningful work and flexible hours to sophisticated and credentialed lawyers. Our lawyers work on a variety of litigation-related matters for Fortune 500 clients and AMLAW 200 law firms, such as large-scale cases, internal investigations, and regulatory / compliance matters.

This is not a first-level review document review service. Epiq works hard to provide our diverse legal talent with challenging work for sophisticated clients that does not require sacrificing flexibility or control. EAS is partnering with an established confidential client to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney that is barred in the State of Washington to work 40 – 50 hours per week performing a variety of sophisticated litigation work including legal research and writing, data analysis in a dynamic, growing litigation environment.

This is a 100% fully remote contract role with an expected duration of 3+ months, with the opportunity for extension or potential conversion to a permanent position. If you have at least four years of substantive litigation experience, two years of eDiscovery experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail and interest in working for a leading organization, we encourage you to apply! We are actively seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney barred in the State of Washington (100% remote work) with the following qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited institution.

Active bar license in good standing in the State of Washington. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. 4+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S.

law firm, government or an in-house legal department. 2+ years of experience with eDiscovery, and database tools. Strong experience with legal research and writing, including litigation-related document drafting.

Experience with all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality control. Experience with eDiscovery review platforms: Everlaw and Disco preferred but not required. Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals.

Ability to work 40 – 50 hours per week. Residence in Washington state strongly preferred. Immediate availability preferred.
