Responsibilities

The Boomi Integration Developer will play a key role in supporting and maintaining day-to-day integration operations while also contributing to the development of new integration processes. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment, focusing on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing mission-critical integrations across cloud and on-premise systems. Exposure to NetSuite is an added advantage.

The standard schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Boomi integrations, including monitoring, alert handling, and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, ensuring stable and reliable data flows across SaaS and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and deploy integration processes, with approximately 50% focus on development tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing integration documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.
  • Support API-based integrations and work with technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, process optimization, and proactive problem prevention for production systems.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Boomi process building, API management, connectors, and exception handling.
  • Professional Boomi Developer Certification required.
  • Strong SQL skills for MS SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Exposure to NetSuite integrations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-support environment while learning and developing new integration solutions.
