Cool Beans Heating & Air is looking for a reliable, skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Were focused on doing clean, professional installations and building a team that takes pride in doing the job the right way.

Job Overview

As an HVAC Installer, youll be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems, including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components. Youll work with other technicians and team members to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Install residential HVAC systems including condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and evaporator coils
  • Install ductwork, line sets, drain lines, and related components
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
  • Test systems and verify proper operation before job completion
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment at the job site
  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding installation progress
  • Document installation details in company software as required
