Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Carriage Wellness and Therapeutic Clinic. In this full-time remote position, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective telehealth counseling services for a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families. With a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, you will contribute to improving the mental health and overall wellbeing of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions to address emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients, establishing an initial treatment plan and subsequent discharge plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and diagnoses of your clients.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions in compliance with facility protocols and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
  • Actively manage a designated caseload while ensuring patient safety and addressing any concerns promptly and empathetically.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve providing therapy to a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on emotional or behavioral challenges that impact their quality of life. Qualifications
  • Must hold a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related Human Services field.
  • Possess active state or national licensure as a professional therapist: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated competence working with a diverse population across various life stages.
