Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions within client relationships. This role blends traditional HR responsibilities with a consultative, client-facing component, requiring strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted partnerships. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to clients while ensuring effective delivery of HR services and compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary HR point of contact for assigned clients
Provide guidance on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and recommend tailored HR solutions
Conduct HR audits, assessments, and reporting for client organizations
Deliver training sessions or workshops on HR-related topics
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Tasks could include - Administering day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
