• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Assess client situations by analyzing behaviors, thoughts, and emotions, leading to well-informed treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that address a spectrum of psychological and emotional challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, ensuring immediate and empathetic responses to client needs.
• Stay updated with current research and trends in the mental health field to implement innovative therapeutic practices in your daily work.

You will work with a diverse client base that spans various demographics, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. The aim is to support clients from all backgrounds, understanding their unique circumstances and tailoring your approach to best meet their emotional and psychological needs.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and build therapeutic alliances.
• Capable of functioning autonomously while being an integral team member, ensuring collaborative care for clients.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience with teletherapy and related technologies is advantageous, supporting seamless virtual client interaction.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
