This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing top-tier mental health services. You will interact primarily with patients through teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for families across California. Our clinic utilizes advanced digital tools to enhance communication and provide seamless client experiences.

• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing both individual and family therapy modalities, focusing on resilience, coping strategies, and overall mental wellness.
• Evaluate client needs through comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing effective treatment strategies addressing specific psychological and familial challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to implement an integrative approach to care, providing holistic treatment plans for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support, guiding clients during challenging times to facilitate their paths to healing and recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field, attending relevant workshops and continuing education courses to enhance service delivery.

Our primary client focus consists of individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our approach prioritizes each client's experience, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their therapy journey. By fostering a warm and understanding atmosphere, we aim to empower clients to face their challenges head-on.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent qualifications.
• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of California is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

While a minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field is required, candidates with a background in family dynamics, trauma-informed care, or crisis intervention will be highly considered. Experience working in a community health setting is beneficial, especially in working with diverse populations and addressing unique challenges they face.

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
