As a remote position based in Hillsboro, Oregon, you will work from the comfort of your home, engaging in real-time counseling sessions with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our advanced technology and intuitive electronic medical record (EMR) system will streamline your documentation and allow for easy access to client information, ensuring an efficient workflow.

• Provide therapeutic care through weekly video sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of clients facing diverse emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers within Brightside to ensure holistic treatment plans are in place, and connect with fellow counselors to foster a supportive therapist community.
• Utilize standardized symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans according to clients' needs, tracking their improvements and achievements.
• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation via a user-friendly counselor portal, ensuring compliance and accuracy while documenting client interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in regular consultation sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to share insights, receive support, and enhance your clinical skills.

Your role as an LPC at Brightside will involve working primarily with adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders. You will engage clients in a therapeutic alliance that encourages self-exploration and growth, aiming to help them achieve their wellness goals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support clients at heightened risk through our Crisis Care Program, utilizing specialized training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS).

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy methods and a commitment to continual professional development.

• Familiarity with telehealth services and experience using digital platforms for client interaction.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of culturally responsive care.
• Knowledge of mental health crisis management and familiarity with the CAMS framework is a plus.

This vital role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
