This role is a remote position, allowing for flexibility while primarily serving a school-based population. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.
• Deliver individual and group counseling services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
• Craft and implement personalized service plans that align with clients’ goals, employing strategies to promote resilience and empowerment.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, addressing systemic issues that affect their ability to thrive.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administration, and community resources to enhance available services and support systems.
• Participate in program development, evaluation, and grant reporting to ensure continual improvement and responsiveness to the community's needs.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to foster collaboration and align efforts towards shared goals.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and their families, collaborating with educators and other professionals to create tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each student. This role demands a profound understanding of the challenges faced by youth today, including mental health issues, familial stressors, and social justice concerns, enabling you to create meaningful engagement and facilitation for change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• A deep understanding of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care principles, and available community resources.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or educational setting, performing similar social work duties and relevant outreach.
• Familiarity with diverse populations and issues affecting marginalized communities, particularly in school environments.
• Proficient in virtual counseling platforms and documentation systems that facilitate service delivery and client management.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
