This is a remote position accommodating a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for flexibility in your daily work routine. Occasionally, evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate client needs. As you engage with clients virtually, you will need to remain adaptable and responsive, offering urgent support as necessary. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that may include medical professionals, addiction specialists, and family members beyond standard care protocols.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that evaluate emotional, mental, and social factors impacting clients undergoing detox.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to design individualized care plans that align with each client's recovery goals and values.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, aiding in the navigation of challenges related to recovery and life transitions.
• Advocate for client rights and facilitate access to essential community resources that support holistic health and recovery.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, effectively coordinating care strategies that enhance client recovery outcomes.
• Monitor clients’ well-being through regular virtual check-ins, ensuring their safety and adjusting care strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication within families, addressing conflicts and promoting a supportive environment for recovery.
• Educate clients and their families about available social services, self-help groups, and community resources to enhance their involvement and quality of life.
