• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals and families seeking therapy, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate structured group therapy sessions to encourage shared experiences and emotional support among participants, according to a pre-established schedule.
• Build and maintain therapeutic alliances with patients while ensuring appropriate boundaries and a safe therapeutic environment.
• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with a diverse range of patients and their unique DSM diagnoses.
• Utilize psychosocial assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the patients' specific mental health challenges.
• Keenly document all therapeutic interactions, including progress notes and updates, ensuring compliance with medical necessity and organizational standards.
• Complete daily charge sheets reflecting the therapy sessions attended by patients to facilitate accurate billing.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary treatment planning sessions, contributing updates on patient progress to ensure cohesive care strategies.
• Assist in crafting robust Discharge Aftercare Plans alongside the care team to provide continuity of care post-therapy.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and seminars tailored to mental health practices.
• Deliver competent care to diverse age groups, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet the physical, psychological, and cultural needs of children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Our clinic serves a broad demographic of patients, including children, transitional-age youth, adults, and geriatric clients. • A valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred, particularly with a focus on group and individual therapy. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience working with diverse populations will be advantageous.
