Location/Schedule
This position is based within the Oklahoma market and includes up to 20% travel throughout the assigned region to provide in-market HR support and partnership to local leaders.

What You'll Do in this Role
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and career development support to local and remote People Partners.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Coach leaders on employee performance, career development, employee relations, and performance management best practices.
  • Lead investigations and provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Deliver training and development programs for leaders and team members while supporting organizational learning initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement data to recommend solutions that improve retention and employee experience.
You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including business partnership and employee relations responsibilities.
  • Strong experience coaching leaders on performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations investigations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bonus points if you also bring:
  • 5+ years of experience serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader within a corporate environment.
  • Experience utilizing UKG or similar HRIS platforms to manage employee data and reporting.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
