Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
As a Senior SAP HR SuccessFactors Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR operations by leveraging your deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with business goals and ensure a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. SAP SuccessFactors Module Expertise:
    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, and Succession Planning.
    • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  1. End-to-End Implementation:
    • Take charge of end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and provide innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
  1. Integration and Data Management:
    • Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and business applications.
    • Oversee data migration and data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  1. Customization and Enhancements:
    • Customize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to address unique organizational requirements.
    • Stay updated on the latest features and releases, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement successful SAP SuccessFactors projects.

Preferred Skills:
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications and integration with other SAP modules.
