Ziel ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Implementierung und der Betrieb moderner KI-Losungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Large Language Models, Conversational AI, Multi-Agenten-Systemen sowie dem produktiven Einsatz skalierbarer Microsoft-Azure-Architekturen.Der Azure AI / ML Engineer unterstutzt Fachbereiche und IT-Teams bei der Umsetzung innovativer KI-Anwendungen und begleitet diese von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum produktiven Betrieb und Wissenstransfer.

Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von LLM-basierten Conversational-AI-Losungen (z. B. RAG-Applikationen) in Microsoft Azure
Aufbau, Orchestrierung und Weiterentwicklung von AI-Agenten und Multi-Agenten-Systemen
Einsatz und Integration von Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
Aufnahme, Analyse und Strukturierung fachlicher Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Fachbereichen
Agile Umsetzung der Losungen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung im Austausch mit den Fachbereichen
Anbindung, Integration und Harmonisierung relevanter interner und externer Datenquellen
Rollout und nutzergerechte Bereitstellung der Losungen im operativen Betrieb
Ubergabe der Losungen an interne Teams inklusive Upskilling und Befahigung der Anwender
Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit, Wartbarkeit und stabilem Betrieb der AI-Losungen

Anforderungen:
Tiefgreifendes Verstandnis und praktische Erfahrung mit Large Language Models und Conversational-AI-Losungen (z. B. RAG) in Azure
Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI-Agenten / Multi-Agenten-Systemen
Erfahrung im Einsatz von Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
Erfahrung in der agilen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Losungen
