• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
• Provide outpatient therapy using both individual and group modalities, ensuring that treatments are ethical, culturally competent, and tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with medical staff to create a seamless care experience, assessing patients' psychosocial needs and providing vital insights for integrated care plans.
• Document clinical observations and interventions meticulously in patients' medical records, adhering to departmental standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate patient education about mental health, treatment options, and community resources to empower individuals and their families throughout their recovery journey.
• Engage in continuous professional development through educational activities and training, staying updated on community resources that can enhance patient advocacy efforts.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines as well as the NASW Code of Ethics to create and preserve a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse population of individuals experiencing a range of psychosocial challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. A focus will be placed on understanding the unique needs of each patient, respecting cultural differences, and employing strategies that promote self-determination and empowerment in their recovery.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Successful completion of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) examination.
• Demonstrated ability to provide care and make treatment decisions with an understanding of the aging process, human development, and cultural nuances in healthcare.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, with a preference for experience with diverse populations and specific client issues.

Ideal candidates will possess additional training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience working in a community health clinic setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and data management for case-related statistics will be advantageous, as will any history of community involvement that enhances patient advocacy.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
