ABOUT DECISELY:

At Decisely, we are on a mission to revolutionize the InsurTech industry by delivering innovative benefits, compliance, and HR solutions that genuinely make a positive difference for our clients and our organization. As a client-centric company, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. We seek passionate, service-driven individuals who share our dedication to putting clients first. We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired to bring their best selves to work, while contributing to a service-oriented environment that ensures our clients' success.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives - from ideation to execution to performance analysis.

You will help manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (such as email, SMS, digital advertising, paid media, and content marketing) with a strong focus on HubSpot marketing automation. You'll collaborate with sales and development teams to align marketing activities with business goals, driving measurable results in brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Lead Generation and Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate with sales to align campaign targeting, messaging, and timing with revenue goals
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate deliverables across channels to keep execution on track
  • Collaborate with our paid media agency; supporting creative direction, audience guidance, content optimization, targeting parameters and campaign briefs

 Email Marketing and HubSpot Automation

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign builds, workflows segmentation, social posts, and analytics/reporting (dashboards, list segmentation)
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics to improve performance and ensure quality data control
  • Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, prospect follow-up, and re-engagement

 Content & Cross Functional Support

  • Write compelling marketing copy for emails, SMS, landing pages, ads, and campaign collateral
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support blog posts, newsletters, and social media content as needed
  • Adapt messaging and content across multiple verticals and audience segments to ensure relevance and resonance by channel and target market
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales & Inside Sales to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue targets
  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials and assist with coordinating marketing logistics for events

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 to 7 years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience
  • Insurance or healthcare-related experience a plus
  • Must have experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (specifically workflows, SMS, and email campaigns) - not just CRM familiarity
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ActiveCampaign experience a plus (we're currently migrating off it, so familiarity would ease the transition)

  • Salesforce & CRM Management
  • Copywriting & Content Creation
  • Paid Media Optimization
