As an HRIS Technical Specialist (HTS), you will support clients using ADP's HRIS solutions and help them get the most value from their Human Resources systems. You will work closely with clients and internal ADP partners to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and deliver solutions that enable clients to focus on growing their business.


This role operates within ADP's Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) / Workforce Now (WFN) environment and requires a strong balance of technical aptitude, HR knowledge, and exceptional client service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: RESPONSIBILITIES
What you can expect on a typical day:


Client support & troubleshooting.
Provide application support to client users, including instruction, navigation, issue diagnosis, maintenance, and solution evaluation.
Serve as a technical and functional expert.
Support ADP HRIS Workforce Now technology, addressing inquiries ranging from routine questions to complex system issues.
Case management & follow up.
Monitor open client cases through to resolution, provide timely follow ups, and clearly communicate resolution commitments.
Collaborate across teams.
Partner with internal technical support teams, production departments, and other ADP service hubs to resolve client issues efficiently.
Professional client communication.
Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails, using phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools as needed.
Escalation handling.
Manage critical and escalated situations using sound judgment, escalating to senior support or management when appropriate.
Documentation & accuracy.
Maintain complete, accurate, and professionally written case records in CRM systems (e.g., Siebel).
Continuous learning.
Stay current on product enhancements, new releases, and statutory or legislative changes impacting HRIS solutions.
Process improvement.
Recommend product enhancements, identify client training opportunities, and provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and service delivery.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
Experience supporting or working with HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now (WFN) knowledge is a strong asset.
Advanced proficiency with Internet applications and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, analyze issues, and resolve problems effectively in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through.
Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team player.
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.


*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
HR professional designation (CRHA / CHRP) considered an asset.
Experience supporting clients in a remote or shared services environment.
