Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, emphasizing trauma-focused treatment.
  • Strong expertise in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities aimed at promoting resilience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by compassion and an ability to connect on a personal level with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
