Description

The Employee Services Agent serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, delivering high-quality, timely, and customer-focused HR support across a wide range of employee inquiries.

This role is responsible for resolving HR-related questions, navigating employees through systems such as Workday, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Act as front-line support for employee inquiries related to HR programs, including payroll, benefits, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.

Provide guidance and troubleshooting for HR systems, including Workday access and navigation support.

Manage and resolve inquiries through HR case management tools or service channels, including phone, email, and portal.

Ensure accurate and timely resolution of employee questions, escalating complex issues as needed.

Maintain strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Support employee programs, communications, and activities as needed.

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Contribute to a high-performing shared services model focused on efficiency, consistency, and customer experience.

The HR Employee Services team is the first point of contact for general HR inquiries. The Employee Services Agent is expected to resolve most questions during the first interaction whenever possible and escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate subject matter expert.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.51/hr.
