• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing both standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
• Employ therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to support client goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in collaborative care by participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the development of integrated treatment strategies.
• Provide support and resources to clients and families, guiding them through crises and facilitating access to community services.

• Certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR or DBT, are advantageous.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with virtual healthcare delivery frameworks.
• A track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload and effectively addressing client needs.
