About the Role
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, and facilitating the smooth operation of the sales process. This role acts as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments within the company, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in supporting the success of our sales team by contributing to revenue driving activities and the focus on customer obsession.
This is a remote role and working hours may vary to support Central and Pacific time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Help manage designated sales team pipeline by tracking and engaging with leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing customer proposals for Precor products.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information on products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contact and account information.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities and allow for accurate reporting of KPIs.
  • Assist in coordinating the processing of customer orders alongside the Order Management and Install Coordination teams, within their respective functions.
  • Work closely with various cross-functional departments, including logistics, finance, and production, to ensure that customer requirements are met and sales operations are optimized.
  • Enhance existing and new customer relationships by actively engaging in process improvement discussions to ultimately benefit the customer experience.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related support role.
  • Must be comfortable with customer facing communication via phone and email.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, while maintaining clear and proactive communication with any stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in supporting an outside sales team and/or experience working within the fitness industry strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay Range: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
