We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Greeter to support our Admissions Department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and new students, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective students and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Assist guests with signing in and check-in procedures
  • Notify admissions representatives of arrivals and direct students accordingly
  • Provide clear directions and general information about the campus
  • Support admissions staff during busy periods and scheduled appointments
  • Assist with student flow and navigation during orientation sessions
  • Help guide and support new students during their first week of school
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
