What Youโ€™ll Do as a Hospitality Recruiter

  • Source, recruit, and place top-tier restaurant managers, chefs, general managers, multi-unit operators, and hospitality executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients using advanced recruiting tools, databases, and networking strategies.
  • Partner with premier restaurant and hotel brands across the country to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on restaurant or hospitality industry experience (strongly preferred).
