At EOLA Power, an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company, we service and upgrade UPS systems, batteries, and critical power infrastructure for hospitals, data centers, municipalities, industrial facilities, and federal agencies. Our growth has created an opening for an experienced Power Systems Senior Account Executive to help expand our footprint across the Southeast and emerging territories.

⚡ WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead full-cycle sales: site visits, scoping, technical assessments, proposals, negotiation, close
  • Develop long-term relationships with mission-critical clients (healthcare, industrial, federal, municipal, data center)
  • Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, contracting, and field service teams to deliver accurate solutions
  • Build and maintain your own book of business with full support behind you

⚡ WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years experience in UPS systems, electrical power, generators, batteries, critical infrastructure, or related industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of electrical concepts: UPS topology, battery systems, bypass configurations, kVA sizing, power distribution, and system replacements.
  • Proven record of closing $2M–$5M+ annually (after ramp)
  • Clear communication, professional presence, strong follow-through
  • Experience working with hospitals, municipalities, industrial plants, or data centers is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing complex technical sales independently
