The LICSW role is set within a fully remote framework that accommodates the needs of our clinicians and clients. Utilizing the latest telehealth technologies and platforms, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver integrated behavioral health solutions. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable schedule that allows for work-life balance.

• Facilitate remote therapy sessions for individual clients and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are personalized and achievable, ensuring clients are engaged in their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary remote care team, including nurses, physicians, and other mental health professionals, to optimize patient outcomes and enhance overall care.
• Maintain strict adherence to legal and ethical standards surrounding patient confidentiality and the provision of clinical services.
• Document patient progress thoroughly within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

You will primarily engage with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges associated with end-of-life issues, chronic illness, and grief. This role requires a deep understanding of the emotional toll these experiences can have on individuals and their families. Your expertise as an LICSW will guide patients through complex emotional landscapes, helping them navigate their unique circumstances with dignity and care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, with a focus on clinical practice.
• An active LICSW license in Massachusetts is a requirement.
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, with the ability to implement diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a sense of trust and safety with clients.

• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic documentation tools.
• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
