• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand the unique needs and health narratives of patients and their families.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or related fields, preferably involving end-of-life care.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed therapy approaches, with a sensitivity towards grief and loss.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable, as it enhances understanding of patient and family dynamics during terminal illness.
