• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of patients and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and concerns.

In your role, you will primarily serve clients in a hospice care setting. You will work with individuals facing end-of-life issues, which can often include navigating complex emotions such as grief, anxiety, and depression. Your insights and empathy will help families manage their experiences, offering support during these challenging times and helping them create meaningful connections with their loved ones.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for clinical practice.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LCSW-R license in New York State to legally practice in the field.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, providing you with the firsthand knowledge required to support clients effectively.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and crisis intervention techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
