• Fully remote position, allowing you to work flexibly from your home office.
• Full-time and part-time options available, with a minimum commitment of over 30 hours per week for full-time and over 5 hours per week for part-time.

Your caseload will primarily consist of low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. This includes clients dealing with stress, anxiety, or transitional life issues who are looking for guidance and strategies to improve their mental resilience. You will play a vital role in their journey toward stability and personal growth, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current and valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD) allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology specifically designed for mental health counseling.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license, ensuring a professional and trustworthy practice.
• A stable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual therapy sessions.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, with a focus on working with diverse adult populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Proficient understanding of client assessment techniques and ongoing therapeutic relationship maintenance.
