What is a Remote Home Staging Designer?

A Remote Home Staging Designer is a professional who helps homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale by creating appealing interior designs—all from a distance. Using photos, videos, and virtual communication, they provide recommendations or digital mockups to enhance a home's visual appeal and marketability. Remote home staging can include furniture arrangement, color palette suggestions, decor selection, and even virtual staging, allowing sellers to attract more buyers without in-person consultations.

What are some common challenges faced by Remote Home Staging Designers, and how can they be overcome?

Remote Home Staging Designers often face challenges such as limited physical access to the property, reliance on client-provided photos or videos, and the need to communicate design ideas virtually. To overcome these, designers use advanced visualization tools, provide detailed digital mood boards, and establish clear communication channels with clients and local real estate agents. Building a strong process for gathering accurate room measurements and preferences also helps ensure successful staging outcomes.

Calling Established Stagers & Interior Designers in the Denver Area

Grow Your Staging Business Without the Cost of Inventory, Storage, or Logistics
All About Staging & Design is opening our 15,000+ sq ft staging warehouse in Denver to a small group of independent stagers and designers who want to grow their business faster.
If you already work with realtors, builders, investors, or homeowners and want to take on more projects without the huge expense of owning furniture, storage space, and delivery vehicles, this opportunity may be the perfect fit.
Instead of building your own warehouse and inventory from scratch, you can plug into ours.

What We Provide
15,000+ sq ft staging warehouse in Denver
$1M+ inventory of furniture, art, rugs, lighting, and dcor
Professional delivery and installation crew
Organized inventory systems
Logistics coordination
Opportunity to collaborate with an established local staging brand
This allows you to focus on designing beautiful spaces and growing your client base, while we support the operational side.
Who This Opportunity Is For
We are looking to collaborate with motivated stagers and interior designers who already have experience or an existing client base.

This is ideal for someone who:
Has worked with realtors, builders, or investors
Has staging or interior design experience
Wants to scale their business without owning inventory
Enjoys building relationships and managing their own clients
Values independence but appreciates shared resources
This is not an entry-level training program.
We are looking for professionals who want to grow their own business with strong operational support.

How the Model Works
You keep 100% of your staging/design fees

You manage:
Client relationships
Consultations
Design planning
We provide:
Furniture inventory
Warehouse access
Delivery and installation logistics
Inventory rental and delivery fees apply depending on project scope.
Partnership Structure
This opportunity operates as an independent contractor partnership (1099).
Partner stagers operate their own staging or design business while utilizing our warehouse inventory and logistics support.
Partner stagers are responsible for:
Their own client relationships
Maintaining appropriate business insurance (general liability)
Marketing and growing their brand
Transporting themselves to job sites and the warehouse
Partner stagers may continue to promote their own brand and portfolio, and are welcome to use our furniture installations in their marketing and project photography.
About Us
