• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and evolving patient needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific challenges each patient faces.
• Document clinical progress with precision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols, while keeping paperwork to a minimum.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies, thus enhancing their understanding and participation in the healing process.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, treatment methodologies, and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery continuously.

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our detox center offers specialized services for individuals in recovery. Your role will be fundamental in creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel empowered to explore their mental health concerns and seek lasting solutions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Missouri is mandatory.
• Proficiency in evidence-based intervention techniques, including solution-focused therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for inspiring trust and collaboration.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a similar clinical setting, ideally with outpatient mental health services.
• Experience in substance use counseling is a plus, given the detox focus of our facility.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies that facilitate remote sessions.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, including:
